With 40+ years of combined renovation and interior design expertise, our founders know which ideas survive daily life in a Singapore home and which only look good in a render. That experience shapes every layout, material and quotation we put in front of you.
The studio is founder-led. Shafee, co-founder, has spent more than 20 years in renovation and personally designs, quotes and supervises the homes you see in our projects, which is why clients come back for their second home.

Questions we hear most.
How do I get a quotation?
Send us a WhatsApp message or use the enquiry form with your property type, key collection date and a photo of your floor plan. We will arrange a consultation at our Grandlink Square showroom or at your home and follow up with an itemised quotation.
What should I prepare for the first consultation?
Your floor plan, a rough budget range, a few reference photos of styles you like and a list of must-haves such as storage, a study corner or a bigger kitchen. That is enough for us to start planning.
Do the packages apply to my home?
The Kitchen Makeover suits most HDB and condominium kitchens with 10-foot cabinet runs. The BTO Package is sized for 3-, 4- and 5-room BTO flats. Every package is confirmed after a site measurement, and add-ons are quoted separately.
Do you handle HDB permits and guidelines?
Renovation in HDB flats must follow HDB's renovation guidelines, and certain works need a permit. We advise on what applies to your scope during the consultation and plan the works accordingly.
How long does a renovation take?
A kitchen makeover is far quicker than a whole-home renovation, and timelines also depend on material lead times. We share an expected schedule together with your quotation.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes. We are at 511 Guillemard Rd #01-50, Grandlink Square. Showroom visits are by appointment, so message us first and we will set a time.
